Prior to MPower4, Madhav held multiple engineering leadership roles across e-commerce, payments, supply chain and healthcare over a career of nearly three decades, including at Nike, Walmart eCommerce, PayPal and UnitedHealthcare.
Padma serves as Co-Founder and COO of MPower4, leading operations and go-to-market. She focuses on production, operational and market readiness, making sure the platform is ready for the customers and regulated industries it serves. Prior to MPower4, Padma held multiple leadership roles across fintech and pharma over a 22+ year career, including at Finastra, Nike, Bank of the West and Merck.

Vidya serves as a Forward Deployed Engineer at MPower4, working directly with financial-services clients to turn their real workflows into AI-agent capabilities on the Kinett platform. She builds production-grade code, custom APIs, data pipelines and agent workflows tailored to each client’s infrastructure, with validation logic and guardrails built in. With a background in computer science engineering, she spent 14+ years in the life sciences and biotech industry leading data science and statistical programming teams on global studies, including work supporting regulatory submissions.
