01Who we are
MPower4 builds the accountability layer for AI in regulated industries, including Kinett, our agentic operating system. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can ask of us. It covers mpower4 and Kinett web pages only; our work with clients is governed by the agreements we sign with them.
02What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, and a small amount of technical information that any website receives.
- When you write to us through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, organization and the message you send.
- When you visit: the standard information your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
03How we use it
- To reply to you and continue the conversation you started.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
04Who else handles it
A few services help us run this website, and they process information only to provide that service:
- Our form service, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Font and code libraries (Google Fonts and cdnjs), which your browser loads directly and which therefore receive your IP address.
- Our email and hosting providers.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
05How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
06How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to move it elsewhere. You may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

08International transfers
The services we use may process information in countries other than your own. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards those services provide for international transfers.
09Children
This website is meant for professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
