Why we exist
Our mission
We build the governed foundation layer essential to running agentic workflows in regulated industries, much like an operating system. Regulated institutions need AI more than anyone, but they can’t afford to deploy it on trust alone. We make sure they don’t have to.
Our story

We spent our careers building trading, risk and compliance systems, and kept seeing the same pattern: teams buried under fragmented tools and manual workflows, while regulators and customers demanded both speed and proof.
Instead of another dashboard, we built intelligence that works alongside people. It learns from context, cuts the noise, acts within clear limits, and leaves a record the person who signs can stand behind.
